Summary
This website is designed to collect as little information as possible. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it does not load fonts, images or scripts from third-party services. Personal information is only involved when you choose to contact us, and the technical information any website host needs in order to deliver pages to your browser.
Who we are
This website is operated by Texponex (“we”, “us”). You can reach us about privacy matters at hello@texponex.com.
Visiting this website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages to your browser and protect the site against abuse, the hosting provider processes technical information that every web request contains, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We do not use this information to identify you. For details of how the hosting provider handles this information, see the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Contacting us
The contact form on this website does not send anything itself. When you press Send, it opens your own email application with your message filled in, addressed to hello@texponex.com; nothing is sent until you send it from there. The website does not store or transmit what you type.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
We use the information you send only to read and respond to your inquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking. If that ever changes, this notice will be updated first.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry correspondence only for as long as it is needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting business relationship, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email hello@texponex.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the website or the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
